Castle Mara Camp is a mid-range accommodation facility located just 10 minutes away from Masai Maras PARK’S Sekenani gate. The camp I situated in the midst of the great Kenyan Savanna in Siana bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve. The reserve is located 255km from Nairobi. By road it takes 5-6 hours drive while by air it only takes an 1 hour from Wilson Airport.
The camp features 5 fantastic tents completely decked out and situated in a grove of native trees. Each unit can house up to four visitors with a queen or twin sized bed configuration. There is a pleasant seating area overlooking the woodland. The tents provide features and services which guarantee comfort. Double sinks, luxurious Egyptian sheets, suitable lighting, bathroom hot showers, study table and other more.
Get to enjoy, welcome drinks, afternoon or sundowner cocktails or any other meals at the club house dinning, terrace lounge, bar overlooking the Water holes just across the electric fence. Meals are served in international and African themed styles such as ‘Mukimo’ and ‘Nyama Choma’ or get to join in the fun of roasting maize or some potatoes at the campfire over drinks and hearty conversations.
