Saruni Masai Mara Lodge is a small luxury lodge in the Masai Mara located in Mar North Conservancy a private wildlife concession bordering the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. The lodge can be reached either by road or by air from Nairobi which is 250km away from Masai Mara. By road it is estimated to take around 5-6 hours while flying from Wilson Airport may take 45 minutes, with scheduled flights landing at Ngerende Airstrip which is an hour drive to the lodge.
Saruni Mara is built-in a hidden Valley exacting environmental standards. The camp is ideal for witnessing the annual migration of wildebeests and zebras. The camp has 1 family villa, 1 private villa, and 5 elegant cottages. The camp is the only small boutique lodge in the Mar, making it very intimate and exclusive.
The camp offers opportunity to view African animals up close and is perfect for romantic or adventurous honeymooners. There is a Maasai wellbeing space, a private treatment spa hidden in the valley’s olive tree and cedar forest.
